在這個越來越快的世界裡，留下一個可以慢慢吃飯的地方。
About Slow Island Life
We didn’t set out to open just another restaurant.
We simply wanted to create a place where people could slow down and enjoy a meal again.
Slow Island Life is a reservation-only plant-based dining experience inspired by the philosophy of Macrobiotics.
We believe that a meal is more than something to fill the stomach.
It is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and return to a simpler, more mindful way of living.
Using natural, organic, plant-based ingredients, we follow the rhythm of the seasons and respect the original character of every ingredient.
Every dish begins with care—from handmade seasonings and freshly ground spices to thoughtful preparation—allowing time to become part of the cooking and every ingredient to express its natural flavour.
Here, we don’t chase speed. We believe that a thoughtfully prepared meal, a peaceful space, and the beauty of the mountains and sea can gently remind us that life doesn’t always have to move so fast.
We hope every guest leaves with more than a full stomach.
We hope they leave feeling a little calmer, a little lighter, and inspired to embrace life at a slower pace.
